Sing Out Loud
Sing Out Loud is the annual, epic celebration of live entertainment in the Nation’s Oldest City. In a convergence of musical genres over multiple weekends in September, Sing Out Loud is St. Augustine’s Official Month of Music. Over 100 national, regional and local artists play a mix of free and ticketed shows at a dozen venues throughout the area, with the marquee event being the two-day concert at Francis Field. The event includes food and beverage options from sponsored and local vendors.

Other venues that feature live music throughout the Sing Out Loud celebratory month of September are also within walking distance of our downtown St. Augustine hotel. These venues include: Colonial Oak Music Park, the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Dog Rose Brewing Co., and the Backyard Stage at the Amp. The St. George Inn wine bar Bin 39 also features live entertainment from over 25 local musicians throughout the entire month of September.
In partnership with the St. Johns County Tourist Development Council, Sing Out Loud was introduced in September 2016. Guided by its core values of music, community and philanthropy, Sing Out Loud has featured more than 1,300 national, regional and local musicians and raised over $300,000 for local non-profit organizations.
The 2024 Live Wildly Showcase for Sing Out Loud was a massive success, with headlining artists like Noah Kahan, Eric Church, and Norah Jones. 226 local, regional, and national artists performed between September 6 and September 29 across 15 venues.
Over 27,500 attendees from 49 states attended the Live Wildly Showcase in downtown St. Augustine. Live Wildly is a partner of the Sing Out Loud festival, wherein a portion of the proceeds for the festival go towards efforts to spread awareness of wildlife conservation in Florida. A total of $177,510 was raised for the 2024 beneficiaries, with over $160,000 earmarked for the acquisition of new conservation land within the City of St. Augustine and St. Johns County. 63 free events were held, including Local Artist Showcases, the St. Augustine Songwriters Festival, St. Augustine Record Fair, and more!
Sing Out Loud Festival is curated and managed by SJC Cultural Events Inc (SJCCE), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to enriching St. Johns County and engaging music enthusiasts worldwide through authentic cultural programming. Guided by the principle of being "Community Owned, Community Operated, Community Led," SJCCE passionately promotes performances by internationally acclaimed artists and hosts educational and community-tailored events aimed at fostering a deeper appreciation for the arts.SJCCE also manages and operates The St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Ponte Vedra Concert Hall and Fort Mose Jazz & Blues Series.
