St. George Inn Policies

Check-In and Check-Out:

  • We guarantee rooms for a check-in time of 3:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m. upon arrival date. Guests may arrive early if they would like to park their vehicle and unload baggage. If the room is not ready upon an early arrival, the front office will hold your luggage and give you a call as soon as the room is ready. 
  • If you anticipate arriving after 8:00 p.m., with 48 hours’ notice, we can arrange for a staff member to assist you with checking in after hours for an additional $100.00 fee. If you would like to opt out of the assisted late check-in, we also offer a Late Check-In Drop Box Option, wherein we provide your keys, parking pass, and materials for your stay in a packet for you. Simply call ahead and let a staff member know you will be checking in late, and they will assist you with the arrangements. 
  • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. We may be able to allow a 12:00 p.m. check out circumstances permitting, but we cannot guarantee late check-outs. 
    • Guests checking out after 1:00 p.m. will be subject to a charge of half a night’s stay. Any guests checking out after 3:00 p.m. will be subject to a charge of a full night’s stay plus tax

Accessibility:

  • Guests who require special accommodations for mobility needs must contact the front office prior to their arrival date in order to make sure their reservation is accessible for their needs. 
  • The St. George Inn has six buildings along St. George Street with rooms located on top of local businesses. Only one of our buildings has an elevator. If your party requires elevator access, please contact the front office to secure a room in that building. 

Housekeeping Services: 

  • Housekeeping provides room service each day of your stay. We advise you put your service sign on the outside of the door if you are out of the room during the day. Housekeepers will not enter your room if there is a “Privacy” sign on the door; however, you may still call the front desk if you would like more toiletries or linens for your room. 
  • Housekeepers and front desk staff will not enter your room if there is a dog left unattended in the room. 

Pets:

  • St. George Inn allows dogs for a one-time $50 pet-cleaning fee per dog, with a limit of dogs 40 pounds and under, 2 dogs per room.
  • We do not allow cats, birds, reptiles, or primates other than humans. 

Parking:

  • $17.00 per day additional fee is included in your bill for space in the covered city parking garage, located a block from the Inn. Please obtain a parking pass from the Inn prior to parking.
  • Guests may arrive early to park their car prior to check-in time. Guests may also leave their cars in the parking garage after check-out on their departure date. Simply return the St. George Inn parking pass to the front desk, as you do not need the pass the final time you exit the garage. 

Cancellations:

  • Reservations with Flexible Rates: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 3 days prior to their arrival date at 3:00pm. Guests who cancel within the 72-hour window will be responsible to pay a 1-night stay plus tax. 
  • St. George Inn reserves the right to adjust cancellation windows during peak tourism seasons and holidays. 
  • Reservations with Non-Refundable Prepaid Rates: Reservation will be paid in full upon booking and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancelable.
